No work will commence until written acceptance of a quote or contract is received.

4. Variations

Any changes requested after acceptance may:

All variations must be agreed to in writing before proceeding.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in your quotation or contract and may include:

  • Deposit
  • Progress payments
  • Final balance

Failure to make payments may result in:

  • Suspension of work
  • Delay in project completion
6. Project Timelines

While we aim to meet all agreed timelines:

  • Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
    • Supplier delays
    • Weather conditions
    • Site access issues

We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

7. Licencing & Compliance

Mint Designer Kitchens operates under:

  • QBCC Licence Number: 15098648

We comply with all relevant building regulations and standards applicable in Queensland.

8. Warranties
  • Workmanship is provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied materials and products.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our liability is limited to:
    • Repair
    • Replacement
    • Re-performance of services
10. Intellectual Property

All website content including:

  • Designs
  • Images
  • Text

Remains the property of Mint Designer Kitchens and may not be used without permission.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:
